Your role in our team Support of the recruiting team in the entire application process - from the creation and publication of job advertisements to the selection of applications to the organisation and coordination of interviews Communication with applicants:inside, in particular appointment and feedback Care and continuous updating of the applicant management system and implementation of process evaluations and reporting Participation in employer-branding measures and recruiting projects Support for personnel development tasks

Your profile Registered:r Student:in, ideally in the field of economics, psychology, social sciences or a comparable degree course Interest in recruiting and HR topics Secure handling of MS Office (in particular Outlook, Word, Excel) Very good German knowledge of word and writing, English knowledge of advantage and excellent spelling Structured, careful and reliable operation Embossed service orientation as well as planning and organizational talent Analytical and Structured Thinking Power Communication strength, friendly appearance and team skills
