Build a future-oriented facility management together with us. You assume the overall responsibility for the management and further development of the department. You lead, motivate and develop your team continuously. Your mission: Ensuring the operation, maintenance and maintenance of buildings taking into account a modern, digitized operation. You create transparent structures with clear targets and ensure consistent follow-up of results. In your function, you have responsibility for budget management, quality control and ensuring the economic achievement of your goals in the area of responsibility. In addition to the topic of digitization, customer centering is always at the forefront. In addition, you will ensure a stable, efficient and service-oriented operation. In doing so, you recognize the need for action early and implement improvements. You ensure compliance with our safety standards and environmental regulations and ensure that innovative digital solutions optimise operation. Finally, you actively promote the development of customer relationships and the further development of the business.

Your experience is in demand: You bring several years of experience in facility management or in the technical building equipment (TGA) and ideally have professional experience with leadership responsibility. You have a degree in the field of supply engineering, electrical engineering, facility management, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification with reference to technical facility management. You have a well-founded understanding of business management in facility management, especially in terms of budget, cost and performance management. In addition, you will bring practical experience in handling CAFM systems and enjoy developing digital processes. You have very good German knowledge in word and writing (at least C1 level) for secure communication with customers, entrepreneurs and internal stakeholders. Leadership competence and decision-making strength, high self-responsibility, hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial thinking complete your profile.
