IT support: You support the 1st and 2nd level support personally, by phone, email and remote for our locations in Untergröningen and Sulzbach. System administration: You manage and manage our information and management systems. Installation & Configuration: You configure and install new software and hardware. Procurement: You are involved in the procurement of consumables, spare parts and information and telecommunications systems. IT projects: You work with the planning, project management and support of new IT projects. User support: You advise, attend and train our users.

Education: You have a completed training as a specialist in system integration (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. Microsoft environment: You have knowledge in a Microsoft based client/server environment as well as in common user software. Software Management: You know systems for software inventory and distribution. Ticket system: You have experience in managing and processing a ticket system. Service orientation: You bring a strong customer, service and solution orientation. Soft Skills: You convince by communication and team skills. Language knowledge: You master German in word and writing at a very good level (min. C1 level)
