Product Architecture & Vision: You are responsible for the technical control of our domain operations. You do not develop the product vision on paper, but directly at the point of proximity between code and logistics process. Deep Requirements Engineering: As you know complex OMS architectures from the Effeff, you act as a professional:r Sparringspartner:in for our team. You convert complex technical scenarios into clear technical requirements and ensure efficient development. Priority with bite: You control the development tasks according to real business value. Thanks to your experience, you immediately realize what is technically feasible and what brings the operational breakthrough. Central turntable: You are the:the sovereign contact:in for software developers:inside and stakeholders. You act as a translator:in order to transform complex process logic into clear development backlogs. User-Centric Design: You think software consistently from the point of view of the operating user:in order to create tools that really perform in the logistics everyday.

Deep-Dive Logistik & IT: You have already played a key role in the development or scaling of WMS, OMS or complex ecommerce platforms. Therefore, you can safely move along the entire filling process - from the first order event to the last mile. You have developed a deep sense of how first-class logistics software needs to feel in order to really inspire users in an operative manner. Architecture confession: You have a deep sense of dependencies in complex systems. You understand not only the technical requirement, but anticipate the technical impact on the operating process chain. Professional in request translation: You master the requirements engineering for high-end software and can translate complex logistics scenarios so precisely into technical requirements. Control & Ownership: As an experienced:r Product Owner:in or IT Process Manager:in you have learned to set priorities hard. You trade according to business value and have the professional authority to moderate and defend requirements for stakeholders and dev teams. Pragmatism & Delivery: You connect a strategic entrepreneurial minority set with a macher mentality. Communication Profile: You can safely move in an international environment. Whether German or English - you communicate at a negotiated level and bring the necessary clarity into each round of votes.
