Assistant Shop Manager - Cosmetics / Retail (m/f/d)

Together with Shop Management, you are responsible for the achievement of sales targets, analyze relevant key figures and support in budget planning and personnel selection. You take over the professional leadership of the shop team, set up the personnel deployment plans and promote the individual further development of your employees through regular coaching. You will ensure a unique shopping experience by providing smooth processes and actively supporting your team in advising our fresh, handmade cosmetic products. As a central contact person in the shop, you promote active exchange with other departments to continuously optimize cooperation and processes. You bring your own ideas to the further development of the shop and, together with your team, implement creative measures for sales promotion and customer loyalty.

You have already gained first leadership experience in retail and know how to motivate and develop a team. You are passionate about our products as well as our values and pass on this passion to customers and your team. With your organizational talent and your solution-oriented way, you keep an overview in turbulent phases. You always think and trade customer-oriented and it makes you enjoy a unique shopping experience. You speak German fluently to ensure smooth communication in the team and with the clientele.
