The S-Payment belongs to the DSV group and is the tactor for all payment topics in the Sparkassen financial group. We recognize trends, create new impulses and advance savings banks with innovative payment solutions – and we have a direct influence on over 45 million end customers. We develop and market payment solutions for both PoS and e- and M-commerce. Among other things, this includes contactless payment with cards and the smartphone (App “Mobile Payment” for Android as well as Apple Pay with the Sparkasse) and much more.

Your tasks

Participation in the preparation, content preparation and implementation of committee meetings, including preparation of relevant documents and decision-making presentations. Work on various topics and projects, including research, quick incorporation into new topics and preparation of decision documents. Combining, structuring and compacting information from different disciplines on clear, decision-relevant messages. Preparation and further development of presentations, protocols and reports for bodies and decision-makers. Support for administrative activities, internal communication and coordination of interfaces between different departments. Cooperation in the development and implementation of concepts to make the work of the committee more uniform and efficient. Maintenance and management of data as well as support in the organisational coordination of committee work in Microsoft teams.

Your profile

You complete a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, (economic) informatics or a comparable degree course. You are interested in working close to the decision-making bodies and management and contributing to payment issues. You work structured, reliable and independent, and you can quickly capture, structure and process complex facts. You have very good MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel; Experiences with Microsoft teams and SharePoint are beneficial. You are happy to create management-oriented presentations and decision-making documents and bring a secure sense of address-oriented communication. You can ideally support us with at least 15 hours a week. Flowing German skills complete your profile.
