Your tasks at a glance: Production in focus: You are responsible for production at the Mainz site with approx. 290 employees and ensure the achievement of the objectives in the areas of quality, delivery reliability, efficiency, work safety and compliance Sustainable leadership: You lead and develop your employees (m/w/d) and create an environment that combines performance and motivation Control processes effectively: You control the production processes and agree closely with all process-related specialist departments as part of the shopfloor management. Continuous development: You consistently develop production through CDP, targeted investment measures and effective meeting routines and key figures systems Make interfaces active: You work closely with adjacent areas and ensure optimal overall solutions

This brings you – leadership skills meets process understanding Successfully completed studies in engineering, production, process engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable technical qualification with corresponding professional experience Multiannual professional and leadership experience in a manufacturing company, ideally in the fields of consumer goods, food, packaging, pharmaceutical, chemistry or comparable industries Experience in controlling production processes as well as sound knowledge in shopfloor management, lean management and continuous improvement (KVP) Extensive understanding of performance control, quality, work safety and compliance with legal requirements Leading personality with clear communication, high implementation orientation and the ability to motivate and further develop employees
