For ProMinent GmbH we are looking for a CNC programmer (m/w/d) CAD/CAM – turning and milling.

Manufacturing: You manufacture prototypes and individual parts according to technical drawings on CNC and conventional machines and focus on CNC lathes. Machine operation: You set up CNC machines independently, equip them and operate them safely in the manufacturing process. CNC programming: You take over the creation, adaptation and optimization of CNC programs for Siemens and Heidenhain controls. CAD/CAM application: You use CAD/CAM systems for efficient program generation. Workshop programming: You program directly to CNC machining centres and react flexibly to manufacturing requirements. Tool selection: You select suitable tools, clamping means and machining strategies. Quality control: You conduct independent quality checks. Process optimization: You analyze manufacturing processes and develop measures for their continuous improvement. Collaboration: You work closely with the areas of construction, work preparation and quality assurance and support the successful project development.

Training: You have a successfully completed training in the field of industrial mechanics, machining mechanics or a comparable field of expertise. Training: You have ideally completed a further education to the master. Professional experience: You bring several years of experience in CNC programming as well as sound knowledge in turning and milling technology. Control knowledge: You control the safe handling of Siemens and Heidenhain controls. CAD/CAM knowledge: You have practical experience in CAD/CAM programming, for example with Autodesk Inventor CAM or Fusion. Prototype construction: You have experience in the production of individual parts and prototypes. Read the drawing: You can read technical drawings safely and work routined with 3D CAD data. Operation: You convince by a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working. Team capability: You are happy to work with different disciplines and bring together strong team and organizational skills. Problem solving competence: You quickly analyze technical challenges and develop sustainable and practical solutions.
