In the ''Identity and Access Management'' department of Allianz Kunde und Markt GmbH, we are at the end of the process of the alliance companies in Germany to manage the legitimation of tomorrow on the basis of a mature role model. In doing so, we keep in mind the regulatory system and ensure the capability of IAM actors to meet the IAM requirements.

We are looking for an experienced speaker (m/w/d) for the area of identity and access management, which strengthens our team. Together in the team, you are thinking about the operationalization of the IAM requirements. You are contact:in for IAM topics of the AZ Group as well as other stakeholders and is responsible for the function of the IAM Organizational Management for the Allianz Deutschland companies.

This is what awaits you as a speaker in identity and access management (m/w/d) Coordination and control of the operationalization of IAM specifications (including further development of IAM regulations, analysis of specifications) Ensure that IAM processes comply with regulatory requirements and corporate policies, as well as ongoing adaptation and optimization of the processes we are responsible for in cooperation with stakeholders Advising / empowering the IAM engineers to the requirements, responsibilities and processes, including promoting networking Takeover of the IAM Organizational Management function Preparation and support for internal and external audits Working in challenging IAM projects and ensuring sustainable project success

Identity and Access Management (m/w/d)

University degree in BWL/Economics, Business Informatics with very good or good degree or several years of practical experience in the field of identity and access management Relevant professional experience in IAM, governance, revision (at least 3+ years) Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements (DORA, §8a IT-SiG) as well as best practices and standards (NIST, ISO 27001) as well as experience in assessing compliance risks Designed analytical and conceptual skills, proven by own results in projects and tasks Solution and quality-oriented approach as well as entrepreneurial thinking and action and willingness to work on new topics Experience in handling AI-based tools and innovative technologies for process optimization is advantageous Safe appearance and good communication and presentation capability German and English knowledge in word and writing
