Professional leadership of the 6-member object team and guarantee motivating cooperation Ensuring the technically perfect operation of the supervised buildings and installations Planning, coordination and control of repair work, rebuilding measures and modernization projects – both with employees and external service providers Performance and quality control in rebuilding and maintenance Compilation of monthly reports on maintenance, repairs, acceptance tests and defect tracking and special events Competent contact person for customers and ensuring partnership cooperation

Complete technical training, e.g. as an electronics technician or plant mechanic - ideally with further training as a master / state-tested technician or specialist facility management - alternatively a completed study in the field of electrical engineering / utility technology / technical building equipment (TGA) or facility management At least two years of professional experience in a comparable position in technical building management or facility management Good knowledge of current MS Office applications Designed leadership and communication skills as well as a customer-oriented and structured manner commitment, team spirit and a high sense of responsibility German knowledge of at least C1 level
