Arvato grows! You will also be part of our team for a new customer at the Hanover site. Use the opportunity to participate in this new customer business and to actively build and shape the processes. As a foreman Logistics (m/w/x) you accompany the operational processes on the surface and make sure it is running easily! Are you on it?

• Technical leadership of your team: You take the instructions of the operational staff: inside, including the distribution of work orders. This also includes the instruction, training and instruction of new colleagues.
• Coordination of the daily business: The control, implementation and optimization of the processes and the planning of the daily business are in your field of view. You act as the first respondent in case of clarification and questions from your team.
• Interface function: You act as the first contact person of your department and promote the extensive exchange with other areas

(m/w/x), a specialist warehouse (m/w/x) or a comparable training

• First professional experience in a similar position in the logistics sector

• Good MS Office and knowledge of an ERP system (e.g. SAP)

• Organisational and team skills, commitment and hands-on mentality

• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing necessary, foreign language knowledge (e.g. English) of advantage
