You process telephone and written inquiries about general product topics as well as queries from end users and various customer groups, such as pharmacies, wholesalers and clinics. You continue to control external queries in a targeted manner, document relevant information and ensure smooth internal communication. You receive and attend our visitors. You take care of the processing and organization of internal business processes.

You're immatriculated at a college. You are dealing with customers, ideally in the pharmaceutical environment. You have service orientation, communication strength, flexibility, team skills and social competence. You are characterized by your organizational ability and a structured, accurate and careful way of working. You have good MS Office knowledge and very good German and English knowledge in word and writing.
