Integrated Management System (IMS) Central operational and technical responsibility to maintain and further develop the integrated management system of the Group of Companies Operational support of management systems: ISO 9001 IATF 16949 / MAQMSR ISO 14001 ISO 45001 Technical advice on the management and preparation of decision-making bases Implementation of decisions taken by management in the IMS context Audit and System Responsibility Planning, implementation and follow-up of internal audits Preparation, monitoring and tracking of external certification and customer audits Creation of reports, key figures and risk overviews for management Preparation and content development of management reviews Operational implementation & documentation Operational care and further development of management system documentation Structure, maintenance and further development of the document management system Implementation of normative and regulatory requirements in processes and processes Central response for IMS/HSEQ-relevant questions Work protection, environment & external service providers Operational coordination of external service providers (e.g. occupational safety, occupational medicine, data protection) Support for expert consultation with authorities and external bodies Organisation and technical assistance of the Safety Committee (ASA) Sustainability & supply chain Operational processing of sustainability and environmental indicators (including CO2) Working with CSRD-relevant topics Processing customer-specific requirements (IMDS, REACH, RoHS, Conflict Minerals, NQC/SAQ)

Completed technical or commercial training or comparable qualification due to many years of relevant professional experience Multiannual professional experience in the environment of integrated management systems Compulsive experience with automotive requirements (IATF 16949 / MAQMSR) Auditor experience ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Very high self-responsibility, loadability and structured work Sovereign communication with management and external bodies
