Siemensstraße 10 a, 63263 Neu-Isenburg You address the task of preparation from the supply phase to acceptance You plan the project process and develop a detailed timetable for the creation of our sophisticated construction projects In the calculation, you support the creation of construction workflow concepts as well as offer schedules and, if necessary, perform coordination with entrepreneurs You are responsible for the execution preparation and for the invitation to tender for post-contracting services As a basis for our LEAN management, you will set up the timing planning and a time-controlling of current projects You're working on BIM-based schedules and alerts

You have a successfully completed construction or Architecture studies or comparable technical training You ideally have several years of professional experience in the field of scheduling/work preparation and/or construction management of SF projects You have very good MS-Office knowledge and experience in dealing with scheduling software, tendering and drawing programs as well as accounting and costing software such as Asta Powerproject, AutoCAD, REVIT and iTWO You draw your attention through a good organizational ability, independent working and commitment
