We are looking for you to strengthen our existing sales team: They research, acquire and advise independent regional customers from the industry, contracting authorities and architects in the Bavarian region. Their focus is on turnkey office buildings, kindergartens and schools for public and commercial clients or investors. They expand and maintain existing strategic networks and cooperations. Sovereign coordinate the offer/project team and control the technical design and external project participants. They present, design and negotiate profit-oriented at decision-making level until the conclusion of the contract. You will also participate in trade fairs and events and continuously expand your network with builders, architects and planning offices. The observation and analysis of the market form the basis for your action.

Successfully completed study of civil engineering, architecture, economic engineering (construction) or a comparable subject. They have at least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in sales or in the planning and construction of turnkey properties. Ideally, you can create project designs independently. Solid knowledge of costing / cost estimation and contract law complete your profile. The friendly, open-minded, respectful and cooperative handling of customers, colleagues and external project participants is very pronounced with you. Your appearance is sovereign, binding, communicative and authentic. They have extensive distribution-oriented knowledge and are safe in the application of relevant laws, rules, standards and guidelines. They work structured and customer-oriented and always keep the result in mind. Their knowledge of German is based on native language (C1/C2).
