For our warehouse department, we are looking for a reliable and dedicated layer manager (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d). The focus of your activity is the operational control and organization of the layers. These include planning and coordination of all processing processes, compliance with all quality and hygiene standards and ensuring a smooth running in the daily business. Warehouse management incl. Organisation of operations and service planning Incoming goods decisions in coordination with the QM Other regular activities: Control and organization of the entire warehouse operation and the layers Leadership, deployment planning and further development of the team Coordination of quantities, quality and dates with relevant points of intersection Ensuring efficient commissioning Planning and coordination of discharge and loading processes Professional organization of the repacking of fruit and vegetable products Ensuring quality and hygiene standards Control of stocks and organisation of emptiness and resources Maintenance of stock lists Active cooperation in the operating daily business

A completed commercial or logistical training or comparable knowledge Experience from the fields of logistics / warehouse / warehouse Advantageous First Leadership Experience (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Teamability, enforcement and organizational skills Participation in internal training Willingness to shiftwork (breakfast, late or night shifts) as well as on weekends and holidays
