Area Consultant for Seeds in the Field - Region Stade/Cuxhaven/Wesermarsch (m/f/d)

Do you know agriculture from practice, are you happy to travel and appreciate the direct exchange with farmers and trade partners?

Then you will become part of our field consultant (m/w/d) at KWS and actively shape the future of arable farming in the Stade/Cuxhaven/Wesermarsch region.

In one of Germany's most important maize growing regions, you will take over an established sales area with growing customer relationships and accompany farmers with expert advice on innovative seed solutions from KWS. As a local contact person, you actively contribute to further expanding the success of KWS in your region.

The body shall be filled in full time and indefinitely.

These tasks are your responsibility: You advise and support farmers as well as trade partners to the KWS cultures of maize, rapeseed, hybrid rogen, sugar beet, cereals and intermediate fruit mixtures You continue to expand existing customer relationships and attract new customers for our products and solutions You are the first contact person for our seed solutions and digital offers on site You plan and accompany field days, customer events and regional sales activities You organize and maintain experimental sites and guide insights for your customers' advice You work closely with farmers, land trade and other partners in the region and actively develop the distribution of our products

Take this with you: Enthusiasm for agriculture, plant construction and direct contact with customers Agricultural training, training or studies in agriculture You ideally have experience in agricultural distribution, external service or advice from farmers Knowledge of cultures and seed products Ideally, you already have a network in agriculture or in the agricultural field of the region Joy of sales, self-initiative and an independent working Communication strength, negotiation skills and team spirit Driving licence class B and fluent German skills
