As IT Program Manager (m/w/d), you play a central role in the successful implementation of strategic transformation projects. You control complex programs across multiple projects, create transparency in dynamic IT structures and ensure that organisational, technical and economic goals are reliably achieved. In an international environment, you create sustainable solutions that strengthen the efficiency of the division in the long term. Your duties Further development of the IT portfolio of the division and design of strategic change initiatives Responsible program management with regard to costs, time and quality as well as control of all related projects Leadership of interdisciplinary teams and active stakeholder management at all corporate levels - internally and externally Ensuring risk, communication and progress management including regular reporting to top management Support in IT service provider management: performance definition, selection, control and integration in the system landscape Implementation of all measures to achieve program success including resource planning and interface management

Complete university studies, ideally in computer science, IT or a related area Multiannual experience in IT project and program management and change management management experience; Project management certification (e.g. IPMA Level C) Funded knowledge of current project and program management tools as well as IT service management systems German and English skills Strategic thinking, high communication strength, sovereign handling of uncertainty, moderation and leadership skills, intercultural openness Global readiness
