Your duties

• Acquisition of special tasks, including tour planning, billing of services as deputy care services

• Introducing own ideas to further develop the processes and the service offer in the residential complex

• Coordination, planning and reliable implementation of all services such as basic and medically prescribed treatment care

• motivating guidance of nurses, trainees and interns:inside

• Complementation in the increase of care services

• Representation of absence of care services

This will bring you

• a completed training as a nurse (age caregiver, health caregiver or nurse)

• a qualification for responsible nursing staff or the willingness to acquire them are desirable

• solid knowledge in the fields of care management, quality assurance and IT

• Guide-ambitions with the extra portion of distributive feel

• Sensitivity in dealing with customers: inside

• very good German knowledge
