At the Mercedes-Benz customer center Sindelfingen we accompany our customers on one of the most emotional moments of their Mercedes-Benz journey: vehicle pickup. As an intern*in, our team supports customer reception and check-in and actively contribute to creating a first-class customer experience. You can also support projects in the areas of personnel and unit number planning, processes and onboarding for reception and check-in. Your tasks in detail: Support for projects in the areas of personnel and unit number planning, processes and onboarding for reception and check-in Welcome to our national and international customers and first contact person on site Processing of all relevant formalities, including document verification, request of missing documents and receipt of license plates Organization and control of the individual daily routine of our customers using modern computer systems Support in ensuring smooth processes in customer reception Friendly and service-oriented support of our customers taking into account individual wishes and requirements Participation in efficient appointment and resource planning in the sense of an optimal customer experience Active design of an exciting reception and care experience that begins with the arrival of our customers The activity can start from October 2026.
