E-Commerce Cloud Solution Architect (f/m/x)

As a Composable Commerce Solution Architect and member of a team of consultants and solution architects, you are responsible for the content management of the design processes in the field of e-commerce. You can also configure solutions according to the specific requirements of our customers. Your task includes: The management of solution development in the presales process by performing customer workshops and solution demonstrations Provide sound technical knowledge of the SAP Commerce Cloud platform and complementary customer experience products (SAP and Non-SAP). The assessment of business and technical customer needs as well as the recommendation of modular solutions by integration with other composeable modules (e.g. CMS, Search, OMS, PIM) Development of precise project volumes, timetables and cost estimates The planning and implementation of coarse and detail concepts (Big Picture, Solution Alignment) in cooperation with partner solutions Cooperation with development teams and customers to collect and refine requirements Customer advice on project-specific topics focusing on best practices, standards and trends in Composable Commerce and SAP Commerce Cloud Building and maintaining customer relationships Continuous development of product developments and updates and completion of appropriate certifications

3+ years of professional experience in the field of SAP Commerce Cloud or other composable trading architectures 3+ years of professional experience in the application of technical solutions and the design of system architectures Excellent communication skills in German (C2 level) and English (min. C1 level) Impressive self-organization skills with the ability to manage schedules and assign tasks to priorities Knowledge of important web techniques (GDPR, SEO, analytics, security, caching, etc.), integration methods (e.g. REST APIs) and data modeling Joy in conceptual and analytical tasks Open, communicative and balanced personality with joy in holding presentations Intercultural competence and readiness to travel (about 20% of working time)
