Service Consultant for Order Preparation and Remote Diagnostics - Berlin (m/f/d)

You work with our digital platforms to create a first-class and individual service You prepare customer appointments for our Tesla Center to enable our customers to deliver contactless locally By working with the Tesla support, the spare parts specialist, sales and local teams on site, you make sure that our customers can expect the same excellent service everywhere. You work closely with our local teams (customer advisors, technicians) to ensure efficient and seamless service for our customers' vehicles

Technical background: You ideally have a completed training as a car dealer, car mechatronic / in or a comparable training / professional experience Customer service: You enjoy dealing with different customers through different written or telephone channels, a greedy service and customer oriented, patient and accustomed to addressing the needs of our customers Digital expertise: You like to work with many different systems and have the understanding in them to prepare the incoming customer requests for our (diagnosis) technicians. To do this, you are able to easily switch between our systems or use them in combination Multi-talent and adaptable: You feel comfortable in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment, can effectively set priorities and manage multiple workflows simultaneously and efficiently Teamplayer: You like to work in a team, exchange knowledge and contribute to the success of the team Language skills, authorization, location: You have knowledge of the German language (minimum B2 level; written as well as oral) and you are able to conduct conversations in English. Location: You are also in possession of a work permit for Germany and are ideally resident in / around Berlin or are ready to move, because in your role you will work from our Tesla Center in Berlin
