Our client is a nationwide group of companies in the construction industry with a focus on energy building renovation and facade renovation. In the course of further growth, an additional leadership position is created to strengthen an existing business unit organizationally. At the closest possible time, we are looking for a superstructure manager (m/w/d) with experience in the field of facade renovation and WDVS. With this newly created position, we are aimed at strong leaders from the energetic renovation in the professional building environment. You control and develop a team of construction managers or Project managers and responsible for projects in the six-digit field and beyond. In addition, you can observe developments in the market and introduce impulses for the further development of processes, execution methods and market address.

Total responsibility for construction projects in the field of facade renovation and WDVS Technical and disciplinary leadership of the building manager / project manager of your department Support and further development of your team Ensuring successful construction projects in terms of dates, quality and cost-effectiveness Technical clarification of complex details in coordination with clients Accompanying special projects in the supply and execution phase Control and evaluation of entrepreneurs Maintenance of existing customer contacts and extension of the network to clients, planners and partners

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the construction management or Project management in the field of energy recovery, thermal insulation / WDVS or facade renovation Management experience, e.g. as header, department manager or project manager (m/w/d) in the higher-level project management and personnel management Good knowledge of the technical and economic management of construction projects and corresponding costing and controlling skills Safe handling of MS-Office and design-specific applications Sovereign appearance, decision-making and enforcement strength as well as winning, address-oriented communication Entrepreneurial thinking, sense of responsibility, empathy and joy in leadership tasks
