Team Leader Software Development (m/f/d)

As a team leader Software Development (m/w/d), you take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of a team of around 20 software developers: both contribute significantly to the successful implementation of our product development projects in the field of digital control systems L90. You make an active contribution to the digitalization of control and safety technology. This also includes the following tasks: You guide your team both discipline-wise and professionally and promote continuous development of team competencies In addition, actively design and optimize work processes through the introduction of modern development methods and agile procedures such as Scrum Together with the product owners and product architect: define and prioritize development goals You ensure that your employees implement agreed work packages on time, quality and budget Promote open, constructive cooperation in the team, guide meetings, resolve conflicts and strengthen the one-team spirit In addition, you perform annual rule reviews and support the individual development of your team members

You have a degree in computer science or a comparable technical qualification You bring well-founded experience in the management of development teams and convince with strong leadership skills as well as a high degree of analytical ability & judgment In dealing with modern development processes and tools, you are versed and you bring sound knowledge of object and service-oriented software development with Ideally you have experience in agile projects and know each other with tools like JIRA, Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins and DOORS You act entrepreneurially and independently and have strong communication and conflict skills Your language skills in German and English are fluent
