The Office for Building and Building Management manages the property of the county – from administrative buildings to schools and sports halls to shelters for refugees. Our unit provides maintenance, rebuilding and new construction of community and emergency accommodation. We value sustainable and functional solutions in close cooperation with the Office for Migration and Integration. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an architect or an architect (w/m/d) at the next possible time.

Planning and implementation of construction measures at the accommodation. Project management and control for externally awarded projects and measures. Planning, monitoring and ensuring appointments, costs and quality standards. Coordination and control of all project participants. Perception of the building function for the district of Konstanz. Contract and contract management according to VOB and HOAI in project management function. Creation of decision-making templates for political bodies.

Complete study of architecture (Dipl.-Ing., Master) or a comparable qualification. Found experience in planning and construction management (performance phases 1–9) and in the control of construction projects. Advanced knowledge in procurement law (VOB, HOAI, AHO) as well as in construction cost management and control. Safe handling of MS Office. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing. Organisational skills, initiative and negotiation skills, as well as an independent, structured and solution-oriented approach. Driving licence class B and willingness to use your vehicle (with cost refund) service. Flexibility, also for appointments in the evening or weekend.
