Business Coordinator Operations (m/f/d)

Supporting the areas of planning, quality and material management in operational day-to-day business and ensuring cross-division cooperation Acquisition of representation tasks and operational support for human bottlenecks, job peaks or short-term priority changes Coordination and coordination between planning, production, quality and material management to ensure a smooth flow of materials and information Creation and preparation of key figures, reports, analyses and decision bases for the management of works Follow-up of measures and support in the processing and solution of operational deviations in the areas of appointment, material and quality Identification of risks, bottlenecks and optimization potentials within the operational processes Participation in cross-departmental improvement projects as well as in the analysis, standardization and further development of processes and lean approaches Operational support for work-leading topics including the preparation and follow-up of decisions

Successfully completed studies in the field of business management, economic engineering, production technology, supply chain management or a comparable qualification First knowledge or professional experience in at least one of the areas of planning, material management, disposition, purchasing or quality Secure handling of SAP and MS 365 Understanding operational processes in a manufacturing company and relationships along the operating value chain Experience in handling key figures and analytical understanding of operational relationships Knowledge of Shopfloor Management, Lean Methods, CVP or 5S are advantageous Structured, independent and reliable operation High readiness, flexibility and motivation for professional and personal development Communication strength, team spirit and interest in cross-departmental tasks
