Stakeholders control: coordination of customers, certification bodies, logistics partners, operators and internal teams Installation partners lead: continuously monitor implementation; Ensuring quality, budget and milestones Interface to the HQ: main contact between local projects and the headquarters in Spain (San Sebastián) Compliance & Safety: Consistent compliance with contract, standards and safety requirements Reporting: Regular status and risk reports to the HQ; Proactively drive escalation & countermeasures
Education: Complete study of news/telecommunication technology, electrical engineering or a comparable technical background Experience: Ideally proven experience in ERTMS project management. Proven experience in the railway sector, preferably in retrofit/refit projects.
Qualification: Funded knowledge in signalling systems (e.g. ERTMS/ETCS) as well as integration, acceptance and validation processes. Knowledge of the German processes and national regulations, including national registration 09, EMV6 (EMC), EBA TE-ANT Recommendation and EBA Technical Notes Sovereign Stakeholder and Certification Control (e.g. Testing Bodies, Authorities). Very good organization, clear communication and structured project management. Embossed problem-solving and proactive risk management.
Languages & Internationality: German at the native language level, English safe to negotiate; safe in an international working environment and intercultural communication.
