Technischer Support - Legal Tech (m/f/d)

You are 1st and 2nd Level Support and First Contact (m/w/d) for Technical Problems You analyze and eliminate technical disturbances You enter IT infrastructure such as terminal servers and cloud installations You're practising your activities and communication in the ticket system Du supportest Windows systems and other Microsoft products, as well as telephony/language recognition and dictation software You support setting up new jobs and hardware cases You carry out migrations with our customers (e.g. on-prem → vCloud, firm change, etc.).

You have a completed training in the IT field or comparable qualification, like 1-2 years of professional experience You have experiences in multi-mandant environments You have knowledge of MS Exchange, Exchange online, MS365 and SQL databases You enjoy direct customer contact, solution-oriented thinking and structured work Of advantage would be: Experiences with ticket systems (e.g. Tanss) Experience with Scripting (e.g. PowerShell) Experience with VPN, RDP and server installations
