In this key role, you combine quality assurance, manufacturing and IT and actively promote the digital transformation of our QM landscape. Together with the departments, you develop innovative solutions based on SAP S/4HANA, shape future-oriented processes and play a central role in the further development of our system architecture. Look forward to an environment with short decision-making paths, great design playroom and the possibility to implement your own ideas directly into practice. You analyze, optimize and digitize our QM processes, from receipt of goods to complaint management. You translate technical requirements into SAP concepts and then control implementations and rollouts in S/4HANA. In addition, you ensure seamless integration of SAP QM in adjacent logistics, production and controlling modules. Quality control, error and cause management and document management are constantly developing. Last but not least, you are training key users specifically and moderating workshops at the interface between business and IT.

Education: completed studies in industrial engineering, business informatics, mechanical engineering or comparable Experiences and know-how: multi-year experience in quality management, ideally in industrial custom production; well-founded SAP S/4HANA knowledge; very good understanding of integration with the adjacent modules SD, PS, MM and CO; experience in creating IT requirements; first experiences in handling modern SAP Fiori apps in QM are desirable; Personality and mode of operation: you manage to analytically penetrate complex situations and translate them into sustainable concepts; you will perform and moderate workshops with ease; in addition, you bring a real enthusiasm for change processes and actively promote them Languages: German and very good English in word and writing
