We are now looking for a team leader/team management area environment/energy (m/w/d) for our environment/energy sector, which takes responsibility for a defined team and contributes to the project business. This position requires leadership experience and a structured, solution-oriented operation. You take over the disciplinary leadership of an engineering team and all tasks of personnel management in the Employee Lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, development to offboarding You start the personnel planning, carry out the recruitment process, select suitable persons and carry out all necessary steps in cooperation with Human Resources You will demonstrate the performance and development of employees, develop individual development plans and promote targeted expertise and leadership You strengthen motivation and commitment in the team through active leadership and ensure a smooth process of new team members You conduct development talks, implement team-based and individual measures for employees You participate in the project business and make your contribution to the development of the business area

You have completed engineering, scientific or communication studies or comparative studies You bring at least 5 years of professional experience and have gained first leadership experience You work structured and solution-oriented Ideally, you have experience in personnel search and development as well as in employee management. You convince by communication strength, team spirit and the ability to motivate people and achieve common goals
