The Karl Kübel Foundation is a non-profit, internationally active foundation of civil law based in Bensheim (Hessen). It was founded in 1972 by the entrepreneur Karl Kübel. Promoting children and supporting families has been the foundation's core concern for over 50 years. With diverse projects in the field of early childhood education, we provide an amount to promote child development, family support and strengthen social structures. For our department of domestic work, we are looking for a dedicated personality as soon as possible Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Planning, control, further development and technical support of projects in the field of early childhood education and early aid Technical advice and support for our project and cooperation partners, including kitas and municipalities as well as participation in control groups, bodies and networks Conception and implementation of training, technical meetings and workshops in different target group-oriented, also digital formats Development of practical materials and handling Quality assurance and efficient evaluation of projects Creating newsletters, specialist publications, project reports and funding applications The current focus is on the ‘Diversity in Childhood Care Coordinator’, with the option of later takeover of the coordinating body’s management

You have a successfully completed study in the field of education, education, social education, social work, psychology or a comparable qualification with a focus on early childhood You have a well-founded educational expertise They bring several years of experience in project work, ideally in early childhood education or in family pedagogical projects You are experienced in the design and implementation of educational offers Ideally, you have experience in the non-profit sector and in cooperation with public bodies and sponsors You have a safe occurrence in cooperation with professionals, institutions and authorities They work structured, independent and reliable, are team-ready and flexible and keep an overview even in stressful situations They are strong in communication, bring a strong service orientation with them and are safe to use the common office applications and online tools
