Project management for major German naval project (m/f/d)

In your function, you act as a central contact person for a large German naval project and as an interface between the project teams of the participating specialist departments. You themselves take over the disciplinary leadership of an interdisciplinary team of about 10 subproject lines. You independently and proactively coordinate the timely and high-quality implementation of the project in the defined budget framework. This includes coordination between internal and external stakeholders, including communication with authorities and subcontractors, as well as monitoring on-site project execution at national sites. The development, introduction and pursuit of project-related solutions to technical problems in close cooperation with the project coordinators are also your tasks. As a project manager, you define clear KPIs to evaluate the project performance, and support the team in the introduction of efficient processes, reporting standards and organisational developments. In addition, you can optimize existing processes with your proactive and solution-oriented operation and actively contribute to the acceleration and improvement of project-related processes.

Graduate (Master, Diploma) in Engineering, Economics or a Related Area Certification according to PMI or IPMA Multiannual experience in a leading project management position - ideally in projects in the defence sector and in dealing with large-volume budgets Professional experience in the ship or aerospace industry as well as in dealing with government institutions desirable Cooperative and participatory leadership style as well as the ability to inspire employees for innovation and results-oriented work readiness to travel nationally Excellent communication skills in German and English
