Strategic purchasing control: You are responsible for the direct purchasing portfolio across groups and develop future-oriented procurement, supplier and sourcing strategies for production-relevant materials Supplier management & contribution: You build a strategic, global supplier portfolio and secure the economy and sustainable value contributions Management & Business Partnering: You prioritize strategic purchasing initiatives and advise the business units on material strategies, supplier decisions and sustainable procurement concepts Leadership & Organisational Development: You continuously develop the organization, skills, structures and working methods in direct shopping Supply Chain Resilience: You ensure security of supply, strengthen the resilience of supply chains and minimise procurement risks proactive Governance & Procurement Excellence: You establish future-oriented standards, processes and system logic and promote the professionalisation of direct purchasing

Education & Leadership: In addition to a successfully completed degree in the field of economics, economic engineering or comparable discipline, you have collected relevant experience in a leadership position Shopping expertise: You have several years of experience in the strategic purchasing of an industrial company and brings deep understanding of global procurement markets Strategic supplier management: You can safely build and manage strategic supplier relationships and know the essential cost and value drivers along industrial value chains Strategy & Transformation: You bring experience in the development and implementation of product group strategies and have already accompanied transformation and optimization projects Analytical Strength & Business Partnering: Cost Analysis and Total Cost-of-Ownership Approaches to Decision-making are known to you and you convince with enforcing in stakeholder management across business units
