Branch manager in building technology niche (m/f/d)

Our client is a medium-sized company in a sought-after niche of building technology. The innovative company grows sustainably, is economically highly successful and offers its employees a high degree of stability and long-term perspective.

For the Hamburg location, we are looking for an experienced management personality at the earliest possible time, which takes over the operational and strategic responsibility for the branch with around 70 employees. In this key position, you will report directly to the regional management and make the further development of the site significant.

You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of a branch with around 70 employees from commercial and commercial technical fields. You are responsible for the implementation of demanding projects in technical plant engineering from the supply and costing phase to the successful implementation and follow-up management. In addition, you will accompany contract negotiations and keep costs, appointments and economic key figures in mind. You advise existing and new customers on technical solutions and develop existing customer relationships. Together with your leadership team, you drive forward the strategic development of the branch and create the conditions for future growth.

You have completed your studies e.g. in the field of mechanical engineering, civil engineering, domestic and utility engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable technical field. You bring multi-year leadership experience in an operational unit and have already taken responsibility for teams, areas or locations. Ideally, you have acquired your professional background in plant engineering, technical building equipment, pipeline construction, active fire protection or in a comparable project-oriented environment. You have a strong economic understanding and make decisions based on entrepreneurship. Even in challenging situations, you act structured, resilient and solution-oriented and convince with a cooperative leadership style. You communicate safely with different stakeholders and have good English skills. Ideally, you bring knowledge into common ERP systems, CAD applications as well as structural policies and regulations.
