Technical Manager FSTDO (m/f/d)

Your role in HMotion Ensure simulator operation: You are responsible for the proper and reliable operation of our Full Flight Simulators (FSTDs) and ensure compliance with legal requirements, manufacturer specifications and internal processes. Coordinate technical operation: You ensure smooth technical FSTD operation, coordinate troubleshooting and ensure timely documentation and tracking in ticket and error management. implement regulatory requirements: You evaluate regulatory requirements, implement them and ensure their compliance. Maintenance & qualification guarantee: You ensure that QTGs and maintenance measures are carried out, documented and implemented according to legal and operational requirements. Control the technical team: you run our technical team in operational day-to-day business, coordinate tasks and resources and ensure efficient simulator operation.

What you bring Multiannual professional experience ideally in flight simulation or aerospace with leadership experience. Technical experience (e.g. flight simulators, aviation technology, operational processes), technical studies or technical training. Structured, analytical methods and interest in complex technical systems and aviation processes. EASA FSTD knowledge or regulatory experience of advantage – incorporation possible. Team-oriented communication, digital competence and enthusiasm for helicopter and simulation technology.
