Independently guide your assigned item in the à la carte and banquet area Preparation of food according to predefined standards Development of new dishes for events, promotions and seasonal menus in cooperation with the chef Place Guidance of employees and trainees

A completed training as a cook/kitchen Experience in a similar operation and at various posts Cost-conscious, economic thinking and action good taste Independent and responsible work in the team Ready for weekend and holiday work Other qualifications (kitchen master / diet cook etc.) are of advantage good knowledge of German (min. B2) In the case of a hearing qualification, an attitude as a sous chef is also possible!
