For our clients, a dynamic company in the field of sea freight and international shipping, we are looking for a dedicated reinforcement in the operating daily business. In this position you work in German and Chinese every day, coordinate between customers, partners, shipping companies and authorities and are in the middle of it when international goods flows are reliably targeted.

Operational support of maritime freight shipments Order processing, tracing and document verification Communication with customers, shipping companies, partners and service providers in German and Chinese Coordination with customs authorities and support in customs matters Coordination between China, Germany and other international partners Ensuring a fast and smooth flow of information in daily business

Professional experience in the field of forwarding, logistics, sea freight, import/export or comparable Very good knowledge of German and Chinese for daily communication Experience in the operation and follow-up of shipments Structured, reliable and solution-oriented operation Joy of international communication and fast processes Good MS-Office knowledge; Experience with forwarding software is advantageous
