Consultant (m/w/d) – Supplier Management & Operations

You advise Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs directly on site - focusing on production, quality, logistics, supply chain, purchasing and planning. For transparency in project management, you stabilize supply chains in critical situations and ensure security of supply. You take projects in supplier management, in particular in case of supplier relocations, start-up protection and production optimization. You perform Cause Analysis and identify vulnerabilities in products and processes. You carry out risk analyses, capacity assessments (Run@Rate) and process audits for critical purchasing parts. You are part of Task Force teams in supply-critical phases and take over the coordination between OEM and supplier. You develop immediate and depositing measures to stabilize the supply chain. You develop sustainable strategies for tomorrow's industry: you develop resilient, economic and future-oriented shopping and production strategies that are consistent with the global challenges and trends of our time. You act as a central interface between Shopfloor and Management: With your analytical view and understanding of operational and strategic relationships, you enable our customers to make informed decisions. You take responsibility and implement ideas into practice: You control (partial) projects independently, support interdisciplinary teams and actively contribute to making visions a reality.

You are burning for topics such as supplier management, production, quality, logistics and supply chain, and you love solving complex challenges. You have a technical background and a completed study. You think strategic, but you can also pragmatically implement it. You are result-oriented and keeps people in mind. You call yourself a creator with digital skills. You have very good German and English skills, team skills, communication skills and presentation skills. You are safe in handling MS Office (especially PowerPoint). You bring 100% readiness and flexibility.
