The IT-Governance & Cyber Defence department ensures secure, transparent and efficient IT across the Group. We define responsibilities, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and anchor IT risk management as a control process. With a strong focus on operational IT security, we make processes robust and sustainable - for a stable and secure IT environment throughout the LBBW Group. The key tasks of the IT Security Operations group are the control of the further development of IT security solutions, detection of vulnerabilities, consulting of IT units in puncto IT security, controlling the authorization management of FI TS within the information technology and identification of IT risks.

Group-wide development and control of IT security with focus on LBBW security monitoring Group-wide support for IT changes (projects and transformations), as well as driving standardised and scalable security solutions while maintaining regulatory and operational requirements, including internationally Heading and coordination of (global) IT security projects with high complexity as well as accompanying change projects with a focus on strategic vision Control of service providers for essential outsourcing in the field of IT security Introduction of profound special knowledge into central IT security topics and active participation in cross-border structures, as well as participation in strategic bodies Creation of comprehensive transparency and the creation of decision-making documents for management - focusing on feasibility, governance capability and international requirements Function as an acknowledged respondent and trusted advisor for operational IT security up to top management level and professional or methodical coaching, if necessary professional leadership of a team with homogeneous tasks

Complete study in the field of computer science, IT security or comparable qualification or comparable further education More than seven years of relevant professional experience Outstanding expertise in operational IT security, combined with strategic control competence and sound regulatory expertise Expertise in the field of IT attack techniques, also experience in Pentesting or Red Teaming Experience in building, expanding and optimizing security monitoring (splunk), as well as SIEM architectures and knowledge in dealing with Microsoft Azure Extensive proven experience in managing complex security projects, outsourcing processes and large-scale transformations with high external impact Management competency at the technical level through coaching, ability of the strategic austerity and the impulsive role for the team Recognizing and implementing the needs of internal customers taking into account all requirements Self-assessment of complex facts and solution-oriented processing of these by means of suitable methods also in superordinate contexts Negotiation security: German C1, English B2/C1 Excellent presentation and moderation skills Appropriate argumentation and enforcement power up to management level
