You develop and operate applications in the context of SAP CRM as well as S/4HANA customer engagement and accompany their continuous development. Together with the departments, you analyze requirements and translate them into technical concepts and developments within the SAP system landscape. You analyze customer-specific developments, identify causes of errors and ensure that technical requirements are implemented technically clean. You support the integration of CRM systems into our existing SAP landscape, including in the direction of home connections, counters, assembly and our customer portals for electricity, gas, water or heat customers. You have a degree in the technical or commercial field as well as several years of experience in the development of SAP CRM and S/4HANA customer engagement and bring a good understanding of the associated business processes. You bring well-founded knowledge to ABAP and ABAP OO. You have experience in the environment of SAP CRM or SAP Customer Engagement solutions and understand the technical connections within corresponding SAP system landscapes. You have experience in cooperation with various departments, develop requirements along the technical possibilities of the system landscape and accompany their implementation.
