Support of HR Business Partners in Operational Day Business Support in the Recruiting process (switching of job advertisements, preselection ofcandidates, coordination of job interviews etc.) You work with the common personal data systems (e.g. SAP, SuccessFactors) You will get insights into the various topics and tasks of the HR Business Partner As a team member, you participate in regular team meetings and have the opportunity to take on your own tasks Help with the development and creation of workshops/training on various topics

Studies in the field of business, such as human resources, economics, economic psychology or a similar degree course focusing on personnel Your interest in HR topics and communication was awakened Ideally, you already bring first practical experiences in the field of staff with You have a high degree of self-responsibility, conscience and reliability. You work very independently and proactively, but nevertheless team-oriented. You can handle MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint safely. Reliable handling of confidential and sensitive data is also part of your abilities. Openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
