For our renowned customer HENSOLDT Optronics at the Oberkochen site, you are an operating buyer (m/w/d).

HENSOLDT is a leading global provider of premium sensors for safety, and monitoring missions. The company is strongly represented in the markets for radars, optronics and electronic protection systems and among other things world market leaders in missile warning systems and submarine periskopen.

Your tasks:

• Collecting offers and performing price comparisons
• Implementation and monitoring of the process from demand request to receipt of goods
• Edit order confirmations
• Ensuring the dunning of delivery dates and order confirmations
• clarification of invoice or delivery declarations
• Processing of deficiencies, complaints and repair orders
• Support and coordination with the Strategic Procurement
• correspondence with domestic and foreign suppliers or contact persons

Your profile:

• completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in purchasing desirable
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office
• User knowledge in ERP system (e.g. SAP MM)
• German and English knowledge in word and writing
