Your curiosity and your will to design will lead you to our administration. The focus of your work is on the continuous optimization of administrative processes and the efficient support of scientific departments. You develop and implement solutions to improve processes and relieve the scientists as much as possible. Your ideas and commitment help to develop the administration as a service-oriented and forward-looking specialist department. In close coordination with the Institute Management, you will design budget planning. You take over the management of the economic plan and always keep in mind the development of costs and earnings. You interpret institute key figures and develop basic business data that serve as a basis for decision-making for the further development of our institute. You represent the business interests professionally in all commercial and legal issues – from contract processing to auditing orders to labour law issues and occupational safety. You negotiate with customers and partners in the fields of purchasing, leasing, rent, service and investment – your expertise ensures optimal results. As you take responsibility for managing our institute building, you create a pleasant working environment for the entire team. You design personnel planning, monitor the job plan and provide targeted impulses for personnel development. For example, by promoting skills and potential of our employees and supporting them in their further development. In addition, plan, control and optimise the workflows in the administration and ensure that all relevant regulations and standards are complied with.
