We as VAN/OQF are responsible for the analysis and control of customer complaints in the field within the quality management of Mercedes-Benz Vans. Our goal: the sustainable improvement of customer perception, ensuring product compliance and the continuous development of our vehicles based on real customer experience. The department “Field Quality MB Vans” at the Stuttgart site focuses on the main areas of field quality control, electrical/electronics as well as construction and suspension.

As an intern*in, you are part of a central control team with high visibility in the company and gains direct insight into the decision-making processes of vehicle quality.

For the further development of our processes and structures we are looking for dedicated personalities who want to take responsibility and actively shape it. Your tasks: You analyze real customer complaints from the field and guide data-based action recommendations to improve our vehicles

You support the preparation and implementation of top management bodies and see how quality-relevant decisions are made

You create presentations and decision-making documents for management based on your analyses and research

In the further development and optimisation of processes and in the modeling of field quality processes, you can

You take on small work packages and work closely with different interface areas (e.g. development, production, after sales)

Your profile: Studies in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Similar Degrees

Identified communication skills and interest in cross-disciplinary cooperation

Very good MS Office knowledge (especially PowerPoint and Excel), experience with collaboration tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Mural) of advantage

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, Spanish of advantage
