You are responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the technical team ''QM-TEMPEST-Test Centre'' and for the continuous development of employees. In addition, you are responsible for the preparation of test concepts for the approval measurement with regard to radiation safety and for the planning, organisation and implementation of measurements by means of short measurement methods. Your area of responsibility includes monitoring and maintaining certifications, coordination with authorities and monitoring of measurement technology and equipment in terms of calibration and maintenance. You advise the areas of development and production in achieving the emission safety requirements and support internal and external test sites in carrying out tests. In addition, you are responsible for the needs, personnel, cost centers and investment planning of the specialist team, budget monitoring, implementation of the company's objectives, coordination of the spaces and regular reporting including key figures to the QM-Labore department.

You are engineers (m/w/d) of electrical engineering, communications technology or high-frequency technology or a comparable field with master/graduate degree. You have several years of professional experience, including leadership in the field of electrical engineering, communications technology, high-frequency technology or comparable, ideally in the defence industry or the air and space industry. At best, you have been able to gain several years of experience as a HF measurement technician (m/w/d). You are inspiring for complex technical systems, have a well-founded knowledge in measuring and testing technology in the EMC sector and convince us by their profound experience in the EMC-oriented design of systems and assemblies and in the field of EMC optimizations.
