Exciting tasks await You monitor the operating data of solar parks and battery storage systems (BESS) and keep the system availability in mind. You evaluate alarms and error messages, prioritise disturbances and initiate the appropriate measures. You document events, disturbances and measures carried out in a comprehensible manner in our systems. You support the technicians in the field of external services in error analysis and work closely with the technical management. You commission service providers with the interference, track the stakes and check the results. You pay attention to agreed response times and ensure a reliable transfer between the service layers. You set system-specific alarms and threshold values in coordination with the technical operation. You support the technical operation of our PV systems and help to further develop the monitoring systems. To convince us You have a completed technical training with IHK or an equivalent qualification. You ideally have two to three years of experience in a comparable technical environment, ideally with renewable energies or electrical engineering. You have an electrotechnical system understanding. Knowledge of the monitoring of photovoltaic systems and their essential components is advantageous. You provide basic knowledge of battery storage and their operational and safety requirements. You use monitoring, control and ticket systems securely and have knowledge in communication, networking and measurement technology. You systematically address errors, set priorities and respond to multiple simultaneous disorders. You work independently and carefully and clearly and reliably with colleagues and service providers.
