We are looking for you as project manager (m/w/d) technical building equipment (TGA) to further advance our pioneering construction projects in the field of electrical and supply technology. As Project Manager (m/w/d) TGA, you take over the technical and organizational management of building technology projects in turnkey construction. Their focus is on the coordination of the TGA units to ensure the highest quality and customer satisfaction. Your tasks: Competent project management: You are responsible for the technical and organizational management of the technical building equipment (TGA) structures for turnkey construction projects Ensure customer satisfaction: You are responsible for our clients qualified and are in constant exchange with authorities, specialist engineers and other project participants to ensure smooth project execution Team leadership: You run your project team during the planning and construction phase and coordinate all tasks in the area of the TGA units Quality and appointment management: You bear the technical responsibility for the timing and quality management of the TGA and ensure that all milestones are achieved on time Economic responsibility: You control tenders, awards and subcontractors, always with regard to technical and economic optimization Process optimization: Together with the overall project manager, you identify savings potentials and implement optimizations for an efficient construction process Technical coordination: You check planning content and contractor offers to ensure that all services comply with the planned construction goal Commissioning and fault management: You are responsible for commissioning as well as the acceptance of the building equipment and ensure efficient fault management

Master (m/w/d), technician (m/w/d) or engineer (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in the processing of building equipment, ideally in turnkey construction Joy in developing innovative and economic TGA concepts that meet the highest technical requirements Self-employed and structured working methods as well as entrepreneurial thinking and team skills Safe in dealing with current MS Office applications and ideally experience in tendering programs You are a high-communication negotiation expert, who is confident in both internal project participants and external partners Be part of the success story at GOLDBECK.
