In your role as a team member in Sales & Pricing, you develop group-wide definitions, rules and quality standards for business customer data objects and ensure their compliance – in close cooperation with the Data Governance Office Together with the Data Owns, you define extraction and mapping rules, accompany migration activities and validate data-related processes End‐to-End Your tasks include creating clear specifications for data generation, data delivery, consistency and quality in the B2C domains By taking responsibility for data processes, you develop domain-specific data standards and support Data Owner through training and advice on compliance with data policies You continuously monitor data quality, identify and troubleshoot quality problems and analyze performance indicators to drive sustainable improvements Together with an interdisciplinary network, you maintain the global data catalog and metadata repository and actively contribute to group-wide initiatives

Qualification: You have a successfully completed study of business management, data management or a comparable subject Experience: You have well-founded professional experience in data management, including data migration, data definition and data mapping, and have experience in working with cross-functional teams as well as distinct project management skills know-how and skills: you have deep knowledge of data governance principles and data management tools; Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce is beneficial Nice to have: Experience in the B2C environment or in an international corporate context supports your successful contribution Personality: You will enjoy changes, work structured and very carefully and combine organizational talent with an empathic and trustworthy communication style Language knowledge: Thanks to your knowledge of English in word and writing, you communicate on all levels sovereign
