Software Consultant (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Interface function between customers and the team of internal software development
• Presentation and sale of software solutions for the use of labelling systems in the industrial environment
• Determining customer requirements and consulting for the use of our software solutions
• Assessment of the feasibility of requirements regarding adjustments and extensions of our software products
• Creation of the corresponding customer-specific software adaptations
• Support for customer complaints and close cooperation with machine sales and development teams

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Complete study of computer science or comparable training with relevant professional experience
• Experience with ERP systems and project management tools
• Multiannual experience in the fields of manufacturing industry or logistics
• Embossed communication skills and negotiation strength, high customer orientation and team skills
• Willingness to attend Hartenholm (50%), 5% willingness to travel within Europe
• Very good knowledge of German and English
