We are looking for an experienced and committed personality for the management of the site warehouse of a sophisticated, highly complex industrial project in the semiconductor industry. Contract location: flexible – throughout Germany at a Drees & Summer location of your choice Place of work: in an EU-Anrainer State west of Germany (100% readiness required) Responsibility for the construction, organisation and operation of the construction site warehouse (including receipt of goods, storage, commissioning and output) Ensuring efficient flow of material between warehouse, construction site and contractors Control and monitoring of deliveries, stocks and storage capacities taking into account time and project requirements Coordination of logistics service providers, suppliers and internal project participants Implementation and compliance of processes, quality and safety standards in warehouse operation (including work safety) Support in material and inventory controlling as well as documentation and tracking of deliveries and consumption

Completed training or studies in the field of logistics, construction, economic engineering or comparable Multiannual professional experience in warehouse or logistics management, ideally for large projects of the high-tech industry or Semiconductor production Experience in controlling material flows and storage processes on construction sites or in project-related logistics environments Structured, solution-oriented mode of operation and enforcement in dealing with various project participants Safe handling of common IT systems (e.g. ERP, warehouse management systems) German and English knowledge in word and writing, knowledge of Flemish or French are very advantageous Unrestricted project-related readiness within Germany and Europe
